Xu Jichao said that Henan’s economic aggregate, grain output and total populationwere in the front rank with huge market potential in the meeting. In the meanwhile, Henan attached great importance to development of scientific research products and technological innovation. Zhengzhou-Luoyang New National Innovation Demonstration Zone was approved by the State Council last month and it became the 12th national independent innovation demonstration zone. Henan Province is willing to cooperate with all enterprises with investment willingness and develop and invest projects in Henan.
Chen Shaopeng said that Lenovo Group currently has invested emerging industries and projects which cover logistics and e-commerce in Henan. Lenovo Group also attended the China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) and inspected Henan Shineway Group, Zhongpin Group and the food enterprises of Louhe. Its next step is to invest more in the food and agricultural product industry. In the meanwhile, it also will consider and invest IT industry in Henan.
