To all member units of the Organizing Committee and all governments of cities and counties (prefectures) directly under the People’s Government of Henan Province:
In order to do a good job for serving the important guests and delegations of the 11th China (Henan) International Investment & Trade Fair, such guests and some of their entourages should be offered with a free reception under the principle of “enthusiasm, considerateness and frugality”. After research, the following courteous receptions are determined:
I “1+5” free reception for important politicians of the foreign countries; “1+4” free reception for honored guests of vice minister level and above of the foreign countries, who lead the delegation for attendance; “1+4” free reception for honored guests of vice stadtholder level and above of the foreign countries, who lead the delegation for attendance.
II “1+4” free reception for leaders of vice stadtholder level and above of China’s ministries and commissions and close provinces, who lead the delegation for attendance; “1+2” free reception for leaders of a governmental administration (department and bureau), who lead the delegation for attendance.
III “1+2” free reception for chairman/chairwoman and president of the world and China’s TOP500 enterprises and famous multinational corporations; “1+1” free reception for other executives.
IV “1+1” free reception for chairman/chairwoman and president of well-known leading enterprises of an industry and famous listed companies; free reception for other executives.
V “1+2” free reception for heads of the international organizations and special agencies.
VI Free reception for foreign countries’ ambassador to China, his wife and one entourage; “1+1” free reception for the foreign countries’ other diplomatic envoys to China;
VII “1+1” free reception for heads of the foreign diplomatic agencies in China.
VIII “1+3” free reception for presidents of the famous associations at home and abroad, who lead the delegation for participation; “1+2” free reception for vice presidents of such associations who lead the delegation for attendance.
IX Free reception for responsible persons of the Fair’s co-organizers and supporting units, specially-invited important guests, celebrities, etc., who may also be offered with “1+1” free reception based on different situations.
The Fair will strictly follow the rules to control the number of people, who can enjoy the courteous reception, and the reception standards.
