The Preparatory Work Mobilization Meeting of the 12th China (Henan) International Fair for Investment and Trade was held in Zhengzhou on February 23. It was essential should comprehensively demonstrate the development of new trends, new achievements, and new advantages in our province, promoting the inflow of various capitals, technologies, and talents in the international and domestic industries, speeding up the implementation of strategies such as the “three districts a group”, and upgrading the level of development of open economy. We should adhere to the principle of mass obedience to quality and results oriented, highlighting the precise and high-quality of inviting business, solidly doing a good job in project docking and signing, and making efforts to obtain a batch of big and good projects that demonstrated structural optimization and industrial upgrading and played strong demonstration and leading roles. And we had the necessity to arrange exhibitions at a high standard, plan and organize various activities at high levels, carefully arrange receptions for conferences, create an atmosphere of propaganda in all directions, and ensure that the fair would be a complete success.
He Jinping pointed out that all localities and departments must follow the arrangements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government to increase their senses of responsibility. And the roadmap, the mission statement, and the timetable of each work should be clearly defined, involving important matters, i.e. inviting business and project docking and signing.
