Each municipality directly under the central government, Bureau of Commerce of province governing county (city) and commerce competent department of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone:
The 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair will be held at ZZICEC from April 17, 2018 to April 19, 2018 (exhibition time: April 17-April 21). In order to do the exhibition work well, the Exhibition Work Plan of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair will be issued and printed to you, please recognize its implementation in accordance with the requirements of the plan.

The Exhibition Work Plan of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair
The exhibition work plan is specially formulated in order to do the exhibition work of The 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the 12th Henan investment and trade fair) well.
一、工作目标
I. Work objective
In accordance with the general requirements of the work plan of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair, with the theme of "open innovation as well as cooperation and mutual benefits", the 12th Henan investment and trade fair is regarded as an important platform for displaying the new image of Henan's opening up and development, highlighting its national, international, advanced and effective figures. Focusing on the overall display of the development process and major achievements in the past 40 years’ reform and opening up in our province, the major achievements of two-way investment in "bringing in" and "going out", and the function orientation and development prospects of "three regions and one group", etc., the exhibition forms have been innovated and the exhibition elements have been added, with the highlighting of smart and high-end equipment, consumer electronics and household appliances, new energy vehicles, clothing and consumer goods, food and agricultural products, medical devices and health products, etc. The new highlights has been added, and new imagine has been showed for the successfully held of 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair.
II. Work task
Do well in an all-round way about the overall planning and organization implementation of group exhibition and exhibition arrangement for the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair. It includes the following contents in details: The general layout design of the exhibition rents and exhibition hall, the exhibition recruit and organize for the exhibitor at home and abroad, the organization and coordination of arrangement in the exhibition areas, the exhibition arrangement of the public parts inside and outside the exhibition hall, the entrance, the withdrawal and the management and service of the site, the safety production during the exhibition arrangement and withdrawal process, and safety, fire control organization, coordination and management in the exhibition hall during the exhibition; At the same time, it is necessary to organize and implement the tour route and tour activities for managers, and to do well in statistics works about the exhibitors and transaction.
III. Exhibition area setting
Exhibition site of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair is located at ZZICEC which intends to use 6 exhibition halls on the first floor of the Convention and Exhibition Center with total area of 33000 square meters (including areas of Exhibition Hall 1A, 1B, 1C and 1F on the first floor of 6000 square meters, areas of Exhibition Hall ID and 1E are 4500 square meters). The exhibition contents include intelligent and high-end equipment, consumer electronics and home appliances, new energy vehicles, clothing and daily-use consumer goods, food and agricultural products, medical equipment, medical and health products with six exhibition areas:
(I) Comprehensive exhibition area.In the form of combination of physical exhibition and photo exhibition, it comprehensively demonstrates the development history and major achievements of our province in the past 40 years of reform and opening up, major achievements of two-way investment: "bringing in" and "going out", as well as the functional orientation and development prospect of "a community with three districts".
(II) The guest of honor country (Germany) exhibition area. Invites investment promotion agencies of guest of honor, business associations, large multinational corporations and famous enterprises to participate in the exhibition.Meanwhile, conduct on-site transactions, and enhance the interactivity of exhibition and sales.
(III) Exhibition area for export commodities. Combined with the reality of Henan Province, the key export industry and export commodities of Henan Province are mainly displayed. Including intelligent and high-end equipment, electronics and home appliances, vehicles and spare parts, mechanical equipment, hardware, building materials and kitchenware, medical health care and medical device, daily consumer goods, home decoration, gifts and premiums, textile and clothing as well as other export commodities.
(IV) Import goods exhibition area. Focus on the display of smart and high-end equipment, consumer electronics and home appliances, new energy vehicles, clothing and daily-use consumer goods, medical devices, medicines and health products, and other well-known brand goods at home and abroad. Meanwhile, conduct on-site transactions, and enhance the interactivity of exhibition and sales.
(V) Exhibition area for service trade It mainly displays the integrated foreign trade service enterprises, e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce, innovative technology, emerging technology, etc. Meanwhile, conduct on-site transactions, and enhance the interactivity of exhibition and sales.
(VI) Commodity exhibition area The exhibition form of the exhibition area gives priority to standard booth which focus on sales of time-honored brand products, local specialty products, characteristic agricultural products, brand clothing and other featured commodities closely related to the lives of the people.
IV. Exhibition design and the organization
A unified design and separate implement is adopted for the whole exhibition hall, and the design of the exhibition highlights the novelty, fashion, simplicity and elegant, embodies the principle of frugality, and advocates the green exhibition. The whole exhibition uses a variety of display means to highlight the display effect, so that the six major plates, such as comprehensive, the honor of guest countries (Germany), export commodities, import commodities, service trade, commodity exhibition and sales, etc. can be vividly displayed. At the same time, it conducts on-site transactions, enhance the interactivity of the exhibition, enhance the attraction of the exhibition to meet the needs of professional customers and the public.
V. Exhibition service and booth construction
(I) Adopting the service mode of entrusting site service provider. Continue to entrust the Henan provincial Expo limited liability company as a field service provider, specifically responsible for exhibition services during the exhibition.

The theme is prominent, the layout is reasonable, the vision is smooth, the construction plan needs to report to the exhibition group of the Organizing Committee Office for approval.
(IV)Carry out green environmental protection idea, use safe and environmental protection decoration material, emphasize frugality and practicality, do not pursue luxurious effect.
(V)Strengthen the safety consciousness, strengthen the supervision and inspection, put an end to the hidden trouble of the accident, and ensure the safety of the person and property in the exhibition arrangement process, exhibiting process, and withdrawal process and so on.
VI. Work scheduling
(I)On January 30, formulate detailed plans for the implementation of the work of the exhibition department.
(II)In the morning of February 1, hold the export commodities exhibition mobilization meeting of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair.
(III)In the afternoon of February 1, hold the exhibition trade and circulation mobilization meeting of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair.
(IV)In the morning of February 8, hold the import commodities exhibition mobilization meeting of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair.
(V)On February 11, issue the exhibition design proposal solicitation announcement of comprehensive exhibition area.
(VI) Before February 23, formulate the general work plan of exhibition department.
(VII)Before February 24, print and issue the work plan and start the preparatory work in an all-round way.
(VIII)On February, submit the layout design of the comprehensive exhibition area to the Organizing Committee.
(IX) Before February 27, the commercial bureau of each provincial municipality, directly administered county, aviation port district submit the responsible person in charge of the exhibition, the contact person list and the contact information to the exhibition department.
(X) On February 28, issue a public bidding announcement for the exhibition of the comprehensive exhibition area.
(XI) On March 12, complete the bidding work of comprehensive exhibition area construction.
(XII) On March 16, hold the exhibition work conference, arrange work, and implement the participated enterprises and booths.
(XIII) Before March 29, each exhibitor shall complete the bidding work for the design and construction of the exhibition area, and submit the confirmed design plan to the exhibition department for review; Exhibitors submit the required materials to the exhibition department.
(XIV) On April 13, the exhibiting companies gather in ZZICEC to go through the exhibition procedures, obtain relevant documents, and pay the fees according to regulations.
(XV) On April 14, the Expo Bureau came into to draw lines and set up the standard booths. From April 15 to April 16, the construction units of the special installation in each exhibition area enter the site for arrangement, and need to work overtime to go through the procedures in advance.
(XVI) On April 16, the enterprises of standard booth enter the exhibition for arrangement; All exhibition areas will be completed arrangement before 17:00 pm, and the exhibition department will organize site inspection and approval; determine the inspection route of manager; organize well about the hall inspection activities of managers.
(XVII) On 9:00 am, April 17, (specific time to be determined separately), the inspection time of managers. After 10:00 am, the exhibition area is open to the public.
(XVIII) The formal exhibition time of The 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair is from April 17 to April21, and the exhibition will be held at 9: 00 am-17:00 pm.
(XIX) Begin to move- out at 17:00 pm on April 21. .
VII. Work requirements
(I)Attach great importance to it and spare no pains. The 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair is an important economic and trade activity in our province, the preparation time is tight and the task is heavy. Take an active actions, fully committed, complete the exhibition display with good quality and required quantity.
(II)Clear the target, grasp the implementation. Pay close attention to formulating work implementation plans, refine responsibilities, and implement them to individual, also special personnel shall be responsible for all aspects from exhibition planning, exhibition content to exhibition construction, and follow up on implementation.
(III) Grasp the node and speed up the progress. The inverted schedule is carried out in preparatory work to decompose the tasks of each time period, strengthen the sense of urgency, and ensure the completion of each stage on schedule.
