On the morning of February 1, Mobilization Meeting of Exhibition and Display in Export Commodity Exhibition Area of the 12th CIFIT was held in Henan Provincial Commerce Department. Gao Xiang, the Deputy Director of Organizing Committee Office and Deputy Director-general of Provincial Commerce Department, attended, addressed, and arranged exhibition and display work. The related responsible persons of Commerce Department of all cities and counties (cities) directly governed under the provincial government, Business Administration of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area and key export enterprises in our province attended the meeting.
The basic situation of CIFIT in Henan and the setting of exhibition and display area of CIFIT in Henan this year were notified at the meeting, and the Deputy Director-general Gao Xiang made deployment and mobilization of exhibition and display work of export commodity exhibition area and put forward explicit requirements. Firstly, high attention should be paid. All relevant departments should increase awareness and strictly organize, carefully listen to enterprises’ appeals and report good enterprises and good products; secondly resources should be integrated. The efforts of invitation of purchasers should be intensified, in addition to the invited merchants arranged by the convention, Exhibition and Display Department would also be considered as priority work, exhibitors should actively contact their cooperative partners and endeavor to make them negotiate business on the site of the CIFIT. In principle, as for major export enterprises, the number of purchasers invited should be not less than 20; as for medium export enterprises, the number should be not less than 10; and as for small export enterprises, the number should be not less than 5; especially for the foreign purchasers, there is no upper limit in their number, the more, the better; it is preferred that enterprise clients that attended CECF would be invited to attend CIFIT in Henan; thirdly, attention should be paid to implementation. Participants should report to their major leaders after they went back to apply for attending CIFIT positively.
In order to increase the quality of exhibition and display and reduce the burdens of enterprises, the Organizing Committee will provide space for import & export exhibitors for free, positively strive for allowance for booth installation fees, and encourage enterprises to positively apply for attending exhibitions.
