Notice on Organizing Enterprises to Attend the Exhibition of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair
Each municipality directly under the central government, Bureau of Commerce of province governing county (city) and commerce competent department of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone:
The 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as Henan Investment and Trade Fair) jointly hosted by The People's Government of Henan Province, Ministry of Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries shall be held in ZZICEC on April 17-19, 2018 (exhibition time: April 17-21). In accordance with the work program, Henan Investment and Trade Fair shall set up six sections, namely, comprehensive exhibition area, guest of honor (Germany) exhibition area, exhibition area for export commodities, exhibition area for import commodities, service trade exhibition area and commodity exhibition area. In order to do a good job of the exhibition, organization and arrangement work of Henan Investment and Trade Fair, we hereby inform you of the following matters:
I. Strengthen the leadership and carefully organize
All units should attach great importance to it, seize the time to carry out propaganda and mobilization, actively organize relevant enterprises in the region to participate in the exhibition, highlight the achievements of the 40-year reform and opening up and import and export commodity exhibition, and fully demonstrate the achievements of our province in opening to the outside world, economic construction and social undertakings. Each municipality directly under the central government and Bureau of Commerce of province governing county (city) should specify a competent leader and a full-time staff to be responsible for the organization, arrangement, withdrawal, management, service and statistics of local enterprises.
II. Exhibition planning
The Henan Investment and Trade Fair intends to use 6 exhibition halls on the first floor of the Convention and Exhibition Center with total area of 33000 square meters (including areas of Exhibition Hall 1A, 1B, 1C and 1F on the first floor of 6000 square meters, areas of Exhibition Hall ID and 1E are 4500 square meters). The exhibition contents include intelligent and high-end equipment, consumer electronics and home appliances, new energy vehicles, clothing and daily-use consumer goods, food and agricultural products, medical equipment, medical and health products with six exhibition areas:
(I) Comprehensive exhibition area. In the form of combination of physical exhibition and photo exhibition, it comprehensively demonstrates the development history and major achievements of our province in the past 40 years of reform and opening up, major achievements of two-way investment: "bringing in" and "going out", as well as the functional orientation and development prospect of "a community with three districts". The exhibition area intends to use area of 3000 square meters.
(II) Guest of honor exhibition zone (Germany). Invites investment promotion agencies of guest of honor, business associations, large multinational corporations and famous enterprises to participate in the exhibition. Meanwhile, it carries out on-site transactions to enhance the interactivity of exhibition and sales. The exhibition area intends to use area of 3000 square meters.
(III) Exhibition area for export commodities. Combined with the reality of Henan Province, the key export industry and export commodities of Henan Province are mainly displayed. Including intelligent and high-end equipment, electronics and home appliances, vehicles and spare parts, mechanical equipment, hardware, building materials and kitchenware, medical health care and medical device, daily consumer goods, home decoration, gifts and premiums, textile and clothing as well as other export commodities. Meanwhile, conduct negotiations, on-site transactions, and enhance the interactivity of exhibition and sales. The exhibition area intends to use area of 12000 square meters.
(IV) Exhibition area for import commodities. Focus on the display of smart and high-end equipment, consumer electronics and home appliances, new energy vehicles, clothing and daily-use consumer goods, medical devices, medicines and health products, and other well-known brand goods at home and abroad. Meanwhile, conduct negotiations, on-site transactions, and enhance the interactivity of exhibition and sales. The exhibition area intends to use area of 6000 square meters.
(V) Exhibition area for service trade. It mainly displays the integrated foreign trade service enterprises, e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce, innovative technology, emerging technology, etc. Meanwhile, conduct on-site transactions, and enhance the interactivity of exhibition and sales. The exhibition area intends to use area of 3000 square meters.
(VI) Commodity exhibition area. The exhibition form of the exhibition area gives priority to standard booth which focus on sales of time-honored brand products, local specialty products, characteristic agricultural products, brand clothing and other featured commodities closely related to the lives of the people. The exhibition area intends to use area of 6000 square meters.
III. Arrangement requirements
The Organizing Committee provides standard booths (3X3m2) for exhibitors for free, provides free space for special booth enterprises and encourages exhibitors to combine exhibitions and sales. The enterprise adopts special booth and physical exhibition to propagandize and display enterprise image and development achievements. Individual exhibitors shall provide enterprise profiles and brand certificates for inspection and selection. Flammable, explosive, dangerous goods and fake and shoddy goods are forbidden to be displayed.
IV. Merchants invitation
In addition to the merchants invitation arranged at the general meeting, each city (county) will increase its efforts to invite import and export purchasers. Exhibition part will also be a key work to grasp, exhibitors should actively contact their partners and strive to negotiate transactions on the investment and trade fair site. In principle, as for participated large enterprises, medium-sized enterprises and small enterprises, the number of invited purchasers shall not be less than 20, 10 and 5, respectively.
V. Report materials
(I) For the purpose of smoothly arranging exhibitions, bureaus of commerce of each municipality directly under the central government and each county (city) administrated by province shall report the list of principal and liaison officer for arrangement of exhibition (Appendix 1) to exhibition department of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair on Feb. 27 as well as its electronic version at the same time.
