Notice onSoliciting Exhibition Entries aboutthe Comprehensive Exhibition Area of the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair
Each municipality directly under the central government, Bureau of Commerce of province governing county (city) and commerce competent department of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone:
The 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair will be held at ZZICEC from April 17, 2018 to April 19, 2018 (exhibition time: April 17-April 21). The 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair is themed by "open innovation as well as cooperation and mutual benefits", highlights national level, internationalism, advancement and effectiveness. The Fair focuses on fully displaying the development history and major accomplishments of Henan Province after 40 years of reform and opening up, major achievements in two-way investment of "attracting foreign investment" and "going out" as well as "three test sites and one city agglomeration" functional orientation and development prospect.
To complete design and arrangement of exhibitions in the comprehensive exhibition area, now the notice on entries solicitation is as follows:
I. Related pictures and written materials
Including the following several aspects:
(I) Pictures and written materials reflecting development history and major accomplishes of Henan Province after 40 years of reform and opening up;
(II) Pictures and written materials reflecting import and export trade as well as major achievements in two-way investment of "attracting foreign investment" and "going out" of Henan Province;
(III) Pictures and written materials reflecting construction of China (Henan) free trade experimental area, China (Zhengzhou) cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zone, Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Xinxiang National independent innovation demonstration zone as well as central city agglomeration strategy as well as cultivation of new economic development momentum in Henan Province;
(IV) Pictures and written materials reflecting construction of "Silk Road in the Air" between Zhengzhou, Henan Province and Luxembourg;
(V) Pictures and written materials reflecting main results of Henan Province actively getting involved in "The Belt and Road" strategy;
(VI) Pictures and related written materials reflecting open Henan and modern Henan.
II. Exhibition of physical objects
Make comprehensive exhibition of this investment and trade fair more vivid Plan to realize comprehensive embodiment of advantages and achievement of the development in Henan Province based on combination of phonotape and videotape, picture as well as physical exhibits and coordination between sound, light and electricity. Each unit shall recommend product or model of the city (county) to be exhibited. Related requirements against exhibits are as follows:
(I) Most of physical exhibits are products in the industrial field or service industry with advanced, precise and high-end technological products highlighted;
(II) Physical exhibits shall embody local development characteristics and achievements and is characterized by interactivity, science and education as well as advancement;
(III) Physical exhibits can consist of Local enterprise product, product produced by foreign-funded enterprise and central enterprise in local region as well as high and new technology achievements.
III. Explanation about materials
(I) Original pictures are required whose content shall be true and clear with size of more than 3M and most of which shall be color pictures. All pictures (JPG format) shall be submitted to the entry solicitation mailbox in the electronic form;
(II) The picture shall be attached with explanatory note with title, shooting time, figure on the picture, event and background information pertaining to picture content indicated. Expression of written materials shall be concise and accurate in both Chinese and English.
(III) Confirm one contact person (Appendix 1) before February 27 and report him/her to working team of comprehensive exhibition area of exhibition department for the 12th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair;
(IV) Submit the recommendation form of material and physical exhibits before March 15 (Appendix 2).
IV. Relevant requirements
(I) Extensive solicitation. This exhibition is a rare opportunity for propagandizing open-door to the outside world and economic development achievements of various regions which shall carry out extensive publicity and actively organize collection. Each municipality directly under the central government shall provide more than 30 pictures and each county (city) administrated by province shall provide more than 10 pictures; various regions shall provide corresponding material object and model based on words and pictures.
(II) Recommendation of excellent ones: Materials recommended by each region (unit) shall highlight emphasis and highlight as well as journalism and advertising effectiveness with best one selected.
(III) Each city (county) bureau of commerce and each related unit shall carefully review materials and ensures provided literal data is with advanced political nature, true content and reliable quality.
