The United Nations purchase trade docking event will be held during the 12th China (Henan) International Fair for Investment and Trade, with an area of 72m2 (12*6) set up in the trade service exhibition. The design and construction cost of the exhibition is RMB 86,400. It is proposed to impose the inquiry purchasing on the design and construction project of the exhibition area, and the inquiry invitation shall be sent to the qualified suppliers. The basic information about the inquiry purchasing is as follows:
I. Basic situation of project
The United Nations purchase trade docking exhibition is located on the first floor of the Zhengzhou Convention and Exhibition Center with an area of 72m2 (12*6). The cost of setting up the exhibition shall be under RMB 86,400. For details of locations of specific exhibition, please refer to the attachment.
II. Guidelines and design requirements for exhibition
This design and construction project includes exhibition area design, construction and other obligations required by the organizing committee of the CIFIT.
Exhibition area design and construction should be carried out in accordance with the requirements, to show-based, to highlight international elements, of modern design concepts and smooth lines, not rigid, but simple and generous. The entire exhibition needs to establish negotiation zone for the Procurement Division at United Nations Headquarters (New York), the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the United Nations Project Services and the World Food Programme, as well as one introduction background plate for United Nations Organization, and organization introduction corresponding to each negotiation area, a total of 6 groups. Each negotiation area shall be provided with a collection desk for publicity material, a round table and 3 chairs.. A storage room and locker shall be arranged in an appropriate location of the exhibition area; store the brochures and related materials of various institutional frameworks; 10 boxes of bottled pure water; a few more reserved plug holes and a number of plug board. Set up video playback and audio equipment to scroll through the organization of the promotional film.
After winning the bid, the company shall complete the design plan according to the requirement of the purchaser, and arrange the special person to design and modify the exhibition board to improve the work efficiency.
The construction company should put forward exhibition plans, including stand construction, site layout, site atmosphere construction, goods production, and so on. It should also prepare for emergency work, put forward plans in accordance with specific requirements and assist in implementation. If the purchaser is not satisfied with the design concept or layout of the bid-winning company, the bid-winning company shall re-design and revise according to the opinions of the purchaser until the requirements of the purchaser are met.
III. Requirements for tendering principles
1. Exhibition expenses
In line with the principle of saving funds, the exhibition of United Nations purchase trade docking exhibition includes programme design fees, equipment leasing costs, fabrication costs, lamp box production costs, construction costs, transportation costs, labor costs, the construction and special management requirements submitted by the Home Service Company during the exhibition period, and other related costs incurred from the removal, water and electricity.
2. Duties to be undertaken by the successful bidder
(1) The design, implementation and management of the stand;
(2) Collect, manage and proofread the materials needed for the exhibition;
(3) Respond positively to other exhibition needs of the project;
(4) The storage and distribution of publicity materials during the CIFIT;
(5) The safety and security of the stand during the CIFIT;
(6) Maintain the normal order of negotiations;
(7) Other supporting services related to exhibition affairs;
(8) Strictly abide by the rules of the organizing committee of the CIFIT on exhibition.
IV. Conditions for suppliers:
Bidders must construct the enterprise qualification certification by virtue of the 12th China (Henan) International Fair for Investment and Trade. V. Contents of bid materials
1. Describe the design idea and arrangement plan in the form of words;
2. Indicate the display materials used;
3. Layout effect map (plan, section, three-dimensional map);
4. A detailed budget for the deployment of the project under the sub-item;
5. In the course of operation of the company, there is no promise of illegal acts and major safety accidents (signature and seal of the legal person).
VI. Basic inquiry procedure
1. The bidders shall receive the inquiry documents from the Investment Promotion Bureau of Henan Province (Address: 115 Cultural Road, Zhengzhou City) before March 28 or call to get the electronic version of the inquiry document and submit a response document on the morning of 2 April (including a Report on the Inquiry of the United Nations Purchase Trade Docking Exhibition, which must include a brief description of the bidder, a copy of the business license, a history of the deployment, a description of the specific design, a detailed budget of the materials used and an exhibition effect map, etc.) for biding The response document shall be sealed and affixed with an official seal.
2. The provincial commerce department forms an inquiry review group to hold an inquiry meeting at 15:30 p.m. on April 2 in Conference Room 339, and to report the inquiry results.
3. The commercial department of the province has signed a cooperation agreement with the exhibitor, and the exhibition has been carried out in an all-round way.
