Notice on the Relevant Work of the Online CIFIT of the 12th China Henan International Investment & Trade Fair
Municipalities, counties (cities) directly under the province, the competent commerce department of the Zhengzhou Comprehensive Experimental Zone for Airport-based Economy, and the relevant provincial units:
In order to better demonstrate the achievements made in the economic construction and development of our province, we will provide services for exhibitors to the greatest extent possible. China Henan International Investment & Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as “CHIITF”) has opened registration for the online 3D virtual exhibition hall of CHIITF. All units are expected to organize the current exhibitors to actively submit their company profile and exhibits details. The relevant instructions are as follows:
Ⅰ. Scope of online exhibitors:
1. All exhibitors participating in the 12th CHIITF;
2. Local key enterprises and industry leaders that did not participate in the off-line 12th CHIITF.
Ⅱ.Submission method：
All exhibitors are required to register on the CHIITF website http://www.hnfair.org before April 13th and apply for participation in the online CHIITF.
For standard booths, exhibitors can register and submit information on their own. For special booths, exhibitors must upload the information required for participation in the online CHIITF in strict accordance with the provisions (see Appendix).

Instructions on Application for Special Booths
Application for special booths requires the following information:
1. Booth design renderings including at least the front view, back view, left view, and right view stored in a separate folder(named renderings);
2. Source files of the three-dimensional design of the booth by mainstream software such as: 3Dmax, Maya, Rhino, sketchup stored in a separate folder (named source files);
3. All model pictures to be used at the booth in such formats as jpg, tga and png stored in an separate folder (named model pictures);
4. For display of industrial products, exhibitors are required to provide source files such as SolidWorks stored in a separate folder (named industrial products);
5. The above-mentioned information (folders) for application for special booths is required to be sent to the E-mail address hntqh@hnswt.gov.cn in the compressed file format(rar, 7z, zip).
